Returns & Exchanges

At Bikes Online, we want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your ride. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in new, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order containing the items you wish to return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items back in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all tools, manuals, and small components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 5-7 business days.
